Hi! My name is Dana Tucker-Cook, owner of Spark Designs Home Staging.  I have been helping people prepare and market their homes via Home Staging since mid 2007.  It is truly a passion of mine (even the heavy lifting)!

Like dressing appropriately for a job interview, I can’t imagine not presenting a house without “dressing” it appropriately through the art of staging. My favorite section from the marketing courses I’ve taken was, hands down, the section on packaging. I find it fascinating the impact on perception that the right packaging can accomplish. And that is what Home Staging is: “Packaging” for your “Product” (your home).

A house that is purposely packaged, or Home Staged, to show it in its best light is perceived as a home that has been well cared for, well maintained and worthy of the money that is being asked for it. I love being that person who helps you accomplish that!  It is very gratifying to be of service to you and your endeavor of selling your home for the highest dollar amount that the current market will allow.

Over the years, not only has my inventory of furniture, art and accessories grown to be quite extensive, but my skill and abilities as a Home Stager have become a well oiled machine. However, I will never feel like I can’t keep striving to be better. I pride myself on bending over backward for my clients, to do the best job that I am capable of, and I will never stop trying to increase my knowledge and abilities.
